My wife and I took our kids for Umrah during the autumn break, and we are grateful that we chose Khayriyah Services to help us with the rituals. Nu'man guided us for the Tawaf and Saee. From the very beginning the communication was clear and professional even before we landed in KSA. They helped us prepare properly and provided the information we needed before entering the state of Ihram. Most importantly they made the experience personal. We ask Allah to reward them for their efforts and dedication. We would confidently recommend Khayriyah Services to any family or individual planning for Umrah.

Alhamdulillah, a truly wonderful experience. Our host was warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. His explanations at each of the major sites in Makkah were clear and easy to follow, making the visit both meaningful and informative. What stood out most was how accommodating he was with our family. He gave us the freedom to go at our own pace and was completely open to last-minute suggestions, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal rather than rushed. For families visiting Makkah for the first time, I can’t recommend Khayriyah Services enough. It was a pleasure from start to finish, and we’ll definitely be returning to his services in the future. Jazakallah khayran!

The Makkah tour with Khayriyah Services / Nu’man was really beneficial and enjoyable. It was easy to organise. The tour itself was super insightful and allowed us to learn about and visit the different components of hajj and to see Cave Hira. We were also given the opportunity to visit the nearby Relevation Exhibition, which was great and had all our queries during the tour answered. I would definitely recommend doing your Makkah Ziyarah tour with Nu’man.
